Maintain the improvement of muscle strength and how to use them effectively
• At the end of this lesson, students will:1. Be familiar with the activities and exercises that promote respiratory and cardiac function.2. Recognize the benefits of the exercises that maintain the flexibility of the joints and strength of the bones and muscles.3. Practice the exercises that maintain the balance.4. Evaluate the effectiveness of exercises based on the physical abilities of the elderly. -

•At the end of this lesson, students will be able to:1. Recognize how to promote the elderly physiological needs.2. Be familiar with the long-term care model of elderly health.3.
