MODULE 2: The use of safety measures that could reduce the risks of hazards to elderly people.

• At the end of this module, students will be able to:
1. Be familiar with using physical aids, and the purpose for using each in terms of the elderly ability, based on physical assessment.
2. Identify the environmental safety measures that should be considered to maintain elderly safety.
3. Identify environmental hazards that could cause harm to the elderly, and how to manage the environment to reduce hazards incidents.
4. Communicate effectively with the elderly according to their needs
