Another possibility is to add a page with links to documents saved in Moodle (here comes the problem of slowing down the learning path again), or links to external clouds (Google Forms, Dropbox, OneDrive...). Whatever you use, make sure to compress the pictures in documents or presentations to a size for webpages.

Example of a document uploaded (for example in your Private Moodle Files) with a link

- Click on the arrow at the right side of your account name

- Open "Private Files"

- Select 1 or more files from your device to upload to this folder

- Click on the "Link" icon in the menu bar of the Page Content

- Enter a title and click on "Browse repository" and open "Private Files"

- The document will be inserted with a link as here: Template Blended Learning Model Canvas

- Students can click on the link and the document will be downloaded

Example of a document linked to an external cloud or drive

- use a pdf instead of a Word document (in case of text)

- save the text to a cloud or drive

- get a link

- insert the link in Page Content using the hyperlink icon from the menu bar: give a title, copy the external link, choose if the document has to open in a separate window or not

- this is the result: Storyboard

Example of a document with a link to a Form (Google Forms or another application):

- make a form in Google Forms and click on Send Form

- choose via link or via <> (HTML) and copy the link or the HTML code

- here you have an example using the HTML code:

  • click on the expand arrow in the menu bar
  • click on </> to open the HTML code
  • scroll down to the last code line and take a new line with enter
  • paste the HTML code from the Google Forms
  • close with the </> icon in the menu bar to go back to a normal view
  • save
